Dell Inc. canada falls in lawsuit over “Dell Inspiron Notebooks”

Dell Inc. is now in problem with their “Dell Inspiron Notebooks”, as some of the Canadian customers have sued the company for the delivery of models with defective motherboards. Thad Griffin, an Ontario man, has launched this lawsuit in the Ontario court of Justice, against Dell Canada Inc., on behalf of customers who are facing regular problems of system failure, due to the defects in the motherboard. Cisco’s Linksys launches iPhone, beats Apple

The iPhone is on the way. But it has zip to do with Apple. Rather, “Linksys, a division of Cisco Systems, introduced two VOIP (voice over Internet Protocol) handsets adding to five others the company already offers,” says the IDG News Service. The group of phones is now part of a Linksys family of products called iPhone.”

Cingular to allow subscribers to use MySpace.com on mobile devices
