Apple ’s new Ipod touch screen
Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs unveiled the new ipod with a touch screen aptly named “ipod Touch” on the 5th of September. At first glance the ipod Touch looks exactly like the iphone but is slightly smaller and is equipped with Wi-fi. You can browse the internet and down load music for your brand new ipod if you’re in a Wi-fi hotspot.
Rather than the hard drive based storage the ipod touch uses Flash. Ipod Touch lacks capacity though for the moment the ipod Touch comes only in 8GB and 16GB. The 8GB model is priced at $299 and the 16GB model is priced at $399.
At the same event Apple unveiled a host of other new and improved products. For example the 80GB and 160GB hard drive based “ipod Classic”. This has the same user interface as the new ipod Touch.
