Cingular Wireless is the America’s biggest provider of mobile services. The company has now announced that they would offer a version of popular Internet social network MySpace on its phones.

Consumers can pay an additional $2.99 per month for this service. It would enable them to upload photos taken on cell phones, read and respond to MySpace e-mails, update blog entries and view and search for friends from their handsets.

Helios is another mobile service provider offering similar services to their mobile customers. However, Cingular’s offering is more expensive.

Users opting for this service would have to download a Java software application to their cell phones. Cingular is currently supporting as many as 30 cell phone models. Support for more models would come in the near future.
